Offered Services

General Mental Health

I provide empathetic therapy services for general mental health problems including anxiety, depression, and adjustment-related concerns. I primarily practice within a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) framework, which aims to understand the interactions between our thoughts, our behaviors, and our actions. I help you identify daily triggers and stressors, and then help you navigate how to best approach them to reduce emotional distress and improve overall well-being. However, I understands that CBT may not be the perfect fit for everyone, so I use a flexible approach that also incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help work towards accepting the things we cannot change and then committing to living a full, value-driven life.

Skill Building

Are you feeling anxious or worried? Down or sad? Are you having trouble sleeping? Do you have ADHD and want to work on organizational and attentional skills? Do you experience chronic pain or fatigue? There are skills available to help you navigate and overcome these challenges. I will teach and help you practice various mental health tools that are individually tailored to your needs. Practicing these skills on your own between sessions will strengthen and hone your ability to use them effectively. Once you have these skills in your own personal toolkit, you can also apply them to future situations or stressors.
